Note that our product is required to be installed by a licensed professional such as a licensed carpenter, locksmith or plumber. If our product is installed by an unlicensed person, we may not be able to honour your warranty claim.

I agree that the goods with issues may need to be returned to Vinco warehouse for examination before any replacement or spare parts will be considered.
I understand that Vinco warranty relates solely to the replacement or repair of the product only and does not cover any other cost e.g site inspection, labour, loss time, freight, servicing, demurrage etc.
